    B2B Procurement / eRFQ SaaS

    Architected multi-tenant eRFQ platforms shipped to production for two manufacturing clients.

    Problem — Manufacturers ran their RFQ lifecycle manually — requisitions, supplier quotes, comparison and award scattered across email and spreadsheets.

    Built — Built the full RFQ workflow with company-wise RBAC, a Python OCR pipeline that auto-extracts line items from uploaded documents, and a pull-API integration with Tally ERP. Shipped across multiple production versions.

    Real-Time HRMS Data Replication

    Engineered live cross-server replication of a production HRMS, powering real-time ops dashboards.

    Problem — A production HRMS (SpineHR / MS SQL) held all the data, but operations needed real-time visibility and anomaly alerts without touching the live system.

    Built — Replicated the database across two physical servers using SQL Server Change Tracking, feeding real-time operational dashboards and automated HR alerting on data anomalies.

    HR Document-Automation Platform

    Built an onboarding & compliance system generating locked PDFs from exact corporate letterheads.

    Problem — HR manually produced offer letters, joining forms, service agreements and appointment letters — slow, error-prone, and off-brand.

    Built — Dynamic candidate forms feeding a template engine that generates tamper-locked PDFs from the exact company letterhead formats, with granular per-HR role-based access.

    Inventory / Warehouse Management System

    Delivered a multi-tenant IMS for a 3PL logistics provider with QR-based rack storage.

    Problem — A third-party logistics provider needed per-customer inventory tracking across a shared warehouse, with strict data isolation.

    Built — Built QR-code rack storage, FIFO stock movement, and separated customer / accountant / super-admin logins that scope each company to its own data.

    Real Estate CRM & Reusable Bulk-Mail Product

    A CRM with lead pipeline, plus a reusable bulk-mail product built once and deployed for three clients.

    Problem — A real estate firm needed lead capture and follow-up tracking alongside individualized property marketing — and other clients needed the same bulk-mail capability.

    Built — Lead capture, pipeline tracking and follow-up management, paired with a bulk-mail engine that generates individualized campaigns per recipient — productized and redeployed across real estate, travel and manufacturing clients.

    Support Ticketing System

    An internal ticketing tool for an IT / EdTech hardware firm with role-based access.

    Problem — A hardware & EdTech solutions company needed to track support requests and route them across staff with controlled permissions.

    Built — Built ticket creation, assignment and status workflows with super-admin controls and per-role access, gathering requirements and delegating modules across the team.

    Tally ERP Customization & Integration

    Extended Tally with custom TDL modules and exposed its data to external software via API.

    Problem — A manufacturing group ran everything in Tally across many companies but couldn't automate communications or feed data to other systems.

    Built — Built TDL modules (a scheduled payment-advice auto-emailer across multiple companies) and a Tally GET API exposing sales, purchase and inventory data to external software.

    WhatsApp Business API Gateway

    Self-hosted a WhatsApp API gateway, removing recurring third-party aggregator costs.

    Problem — CRM and custom-software notifications relied on paid WhatsApp aggregators with per-message charges.

    Built — Deployed a self-hosted Evolution API gateway on Docker plus an email→WhatsApp notification middleware (Microsoft Graph / Azure) feeding CRM and custom-software alerts.

    Aras Innovator PLM & Visa Tracker

    Deployed an enterprise PLM on Windows Server and built a visa-tracking app for a travel client.

    Problem — One client needed Aras Innovator PLM stood up on-prem; another needed to track corporate visa cases end to end.

    Built — Installed and configured Aras Innovator PLM (IIS, SQL Server 2022, full-text search) on Windows Server; separately built a visa-application tracker with status workflows and document checklists.

    Own end-to-end delivery for 17 client accounts across 8+ verticals while leading an 8+ engineer team — and still architect and build the hard systems myself.

    • Accountable for delivery, quality, margins and client relationships across 17 active accounts as interim head of operations.
    • Run the full delivery loop per project — gather client requirements, break scope into modules and delegate to engineers, then enforce cross-cutting standards (super-admin / RBAC, input validation, audit) and review code.
    • Coordinate web & custom software, digital marketing, RPA automation and cloud/hosting workstreams; own scope, commercials and stakeholders end to end.
    • Delivered 13+ products across manufacturing, automotive, EPC, logistics/3PL, HR-tech, EdTech/IT hardware, real estate and travel — from requirement analysis to deployment.

    • Deployed and managed on AWS (EC2, MongoDB) with IAM and security-group best practices.
    • Defined scope directly with the client and delivered across time zones.
